DiveTrax Pro is an iPad app designed for coaches or teams that are running a dive meet and includes enhanced features for running a meet.

  • Added a report that displays the Dive tables used
  • Added the Alphabet quick scrolling to the divers list so that you can find your divers easier.
  • Divers can be grouped by divisions and the scoring reports will reflect those groupings.
  • Run meet feature will bring up the current diver and advances to the next diver once the dive has been recorded.
  • Quickly re-order divers by simply dragging and dropping the diver into the new position.
  • Manage all of your Dive Meets and Divers. Specify the number of judges and number of dives for the meet.
  • Quickly score a dive using the judges scores and see the total
  • Reports allow you to see the meet results, view the dive lists for the meet, or view a selected divers history
  • Reports can be printed to any AirPrint capable printer or a PDF file can be emailed to anyone.

Scoring a dive meet in DiveTrax Pro requires three steps.

  1. Create a Meet
  2. To start the scoring process, you must first create a new meet or select an existing meet. You can find more detail about creating or selecting a meet by selecting the Managing Meets section.

  3. Add Divers
  4. Once you have created a meet, you must create/add divers to your meet. For more detail on creating or adding diver, select the Managing Divers section.

  5. Select a Diver
  6. After you have added diver to your meet, they will be displayed in the left pane. To add a dive for a diver select the diver and touch the Add button in the right pane.

Creating a Meet

Start by touching the Meet Selection button. To create a new meet, touch the Add button and enter the meet details. When you are done, touch the Save button to return to the Meet Selection window. NOTE: You can add multiple meets for the same day.

Modifying a Meet

Start by touching the Meet Selection button. To modify an existing meet, select the date of the meet from the calendar and then touch the detail button for the meet. When you are done, touch the Save button to return to the Meet Selection window.

Selecting a Meet

Once you have added a new meet or found an existing meet, touch the meet cell. A checkmark will appear beside the meet and the Meet Selection window will close.

Deleting a Meet

Start by touching the Meet Selection button. To delete an existing meet, swipe right on the Meet cell and then touch the Delete button. NOTE: Deleting a Meet will remove all dives for ALL divers in that meet.

Creating a Diver

Start by touching the Diver Selection button. To create a new diver, touch the Add button and enter the divers details. When you are done, touch the Save button to return to the Diver Selection window.

Modifying a Diver

Start by touching the Diver Selection button. To modify an existing diver, touch the detail button for the diver. When you are done, touch the Save button to return to the Diver Selection window.

Selecting a Diver

Once you have added a new diver(s), touch the diver cell. A checkmark will appear beside the diver to indicate that they are in the currently selected meet. When you have added all divers, touch the Done button. NOTE: If you un-select a diver from a meet after you have entered dives, the divers information will be deleted for that meet.

Start by touching the Diver Selection button. To delete an existing diver, swipe right on the Diver cell and then touch the Delete button. NOTE: Deleting a Diver will remove all of their dives for ALL meets.
